Our aim is to increase the value of your property by getting it into outstanding condition and maximizing its potential. We would do this through a number of methods which include refurbishment (e.g. new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint etc), renovation (changing the layout to allow for additional bedrooms), increasing the floor space (e.g. an extension), title splitting and conversions. We can also aid in lease extensions, to increase the marketability of a property.
We work with a range of property types including; houses, flats, maisonettes, commercial properties and bungalows.
We will agree terms before works begin, but when the property is sold, you will receive all the equity you owned in the property before works begin, and we only take a share in the uplift, which will be split between us. There are no fees or charges, and we only profit from the uplift in the value of the home when the property is sold or remortgaged (if you chose to remortgage). The cost of the works will also be deducted from the sale amount.
