Landlords

Landlords are able to enjoy the same benefits of the partnership as homeowners. Our aim is to add value to the home and make it stand out from the competition. This has the end result of increased valuations and increased interest with the end goal being a more lucrative and quicker sale.  

However, we appreciate that not all landlords would want to sell their properties. With this in mind, after works have been completed, the next step would be to refinance the property at its higher value, and we would share the uplift. 

We understand that every landlord may have their own unique situation, and more bespoke agreements may be needed. We are not restricted to residential property alone and we work with commercial properties as well. Estate Agents

This partnership is also beneficial for estate agents for several reasons. Firstly, we pay an introducer fee each time an estate agent connects us with a vendor who works with us. Another benefit of working with us is that we invest in these homes to ensure they are high quality and compete with the best like for like homes on the market. The primary benefit would be that you achieve a higher commission at sale as the home is more valuable, but we also believe the greatest benefit is for your clients and your branding. This is because you will likely attract a buyer faster, which your clients would be grateful for, and this would be mirrored in your testimonials, feedback and reputation. So this arrangement would be ideal for any properties that have been on the market for some time.

Please note that we only pay introducer fees to the first agent that sends a recommendation, and vendors will at times register with multiple agents. If this sounds like a partnership you would be interested in, please contact us as soon as you can to avoid missing out on the full benefits. 

Housing Associations

Housing Associations are required to sell homes for market value and the proceeds will be invested back into the communities they serve. We offer the ability for Housing Associations to increase the value of these homes at no cost to themselves. The by product would be enhanced sales, which would mean that Associations have more to invest back into other projects and the communities they serve. Housing Associations would be able to transparently generate more for any properties they choose to sell, and this would have the direct benefit of increased affordable housing.
